How to cancel your subscription

You can cancel anytime. There is no cancellation penalty. Access continues until the end of your current billing period. Cancellation stops future renewals only. It does not affect charges already billed for the current subscription period.

Method 1 — In the Veira app

  1. Open Veira and sign in as the business owner.
  2. Go to Settings → Subscription (or open Subscription from the menu).
  3. Tap Cancel subscription and confirm.

Your account stays active until the period end date shown on screen.

Method 2 — By email

Email [email protected] with subject Cancel my subscription and include your registered business email. We aim to process cancellation requests within one business day.

Method 3 — Apple App Store (iOS)

If you subscribed through Apple In-App Purchase:

  1. Open Settings on your iPhone.
  2. Tap your name → Subscriptions.
  3. Select Veira (or Veira POS).
  4. Tap Cancel Subscription.

Method 4 — Google Play (Android)

  1. Open the Google Play Store app.
  2. Tap profile → Payments & subscriptions → Subscriptions.
  3. Select Veira and cancel.

After cancellation

  • Your business data is retained for up to 90 days after cancellation to allow you to export your information or reactivate your subscription. After this period, data may be permanently deleted, except where longer retention is required by law (see our Privacy Policy).
  • Fiscal / tax records may be kept longer where Kenyan law requires.
  • You may resubscribe at any time at current published prices.
  • Where hardware was provided under a subscription or promotional offer, it must be returned or purchased in accordance with the applicable subscription agreement or promotional terms.

Refunds

  • Web / Direct Billing: Subscription fees are generally non-refundable once the billing period has started, except where required by law or where Veira determines that a billing error has occurred.
  • Apple App Store / Google Play: Purchases and refunds are subject to the applicable App Store or Google Play policies.
