How to cancel your subscription

You can cancel anytime. There is no cancellation penalty. Access continues until the end of your current billing period.

Method 1 - In the Veira app

  1. Open Veira AI and sign in as the business owner.
  2. Go to Settings → Subscription (or open the Subscription page from the sidebar).
  3. Tap Cancel subscription and confirm.

Your account stays active until the period end date shown on screen.

Method 2 - By email

Email [email protected] with subject Cancel my subscription and include your registered business email. We process requests within one business day.

Method 3 - Apple App Store (iOS)

If you subscribed through Apple In-App Purchase:

  1. Open Settings on your iPhone.
  2. Tap your name → Subscriptions.
  3. Select Veira AI (or Veira POS).
  4. Tap Cancel Subscription.

Method 4 - Google Play (Android)

  1. Open the Google Play Store app.
  2. Tap profile → Payments & subscriptions → Subscriptions.
  3. Select Veira AI and cancel.

After cancellation

  • Your data is retained for up to 90 days so you can export or resubscribe.
  • You may resubscribe at any time at current published prices.
  • Bundled hardware must be returned or purchased as agreed in your plan terms.

Refunds

  • Web / Paystack billing: monthly fees are non-refundable once the period has started. Contact us for billing errors.
  • Annual plans: pro-rata refunds may be considered within 30 days of renewal; contact [email protected].
  • Apple / Google: refunds follow App Store or Play Store policies.
